Frozen Utopia is a group of game development specialists with one mission: to produce high-quality games for the PCE/TG16 in genres which it lacked during its production. For the time being, Frozen Utopia is focusing on role-playing games in all their forms, with special attention paid to traditional RPGs, something which the PCE/TG16 severely lacked during its time.
